Calendar
This guide highlights the benefits of using the Calendar Module within Bookified. It features an informative and up-to-date calendar that allows you to easily view and filter appointments based on various criteria. The integration with Google Calendar ensures that any changes made in Google Calendar are instantly reflected within Bookified. Additionally, you can easily add, edit, and delete appointments, making schedule management more efficient.
Filters

The calendar allows you to filter appointments based on various criteria like location, services, and staff, enabling you to quickly find the information you need.
You can choose to view appointments on a monthly, weekly, or daily basis. Additionally, there is a List view option that allows you to see appointments in a list format.
Google Calendar Events

Events from Google Calendar are also visible within Bookified Booking Calendar. Appointments added via Google Calendar are marked with a Google Calendar icon, and the color of these events is displayed on the Booking Calendar. This integration operates with a Live sync method, ensuring that any changes made in Google Calendar are instantly reflected within the Booking Calendar.

Draggable Appointments

If you would like to reschedule an appointment to another day while keeping the same time slot, you can easily do this by selecting the desired appointment and dragging it to another day on the calendar.
New Appointment

To add a new appointment, click on the ‘NEW APPOINTMENT’ button on the top right side.

In the New Appointment window, select all necessary options related to the appointment, including date and time. Availability is based on the Timesheet, holidays, and special days settings.

If the service capacity is set to “Group,” multiple clients can book the same timeslot. When adding customers to a group appointment from the admin panel, the number of customers can be chosen, which will be deducted from the service capacity.

If there are extras related to the Service, select them from the Extras tab. Additional information can be added to the appointment using the Custom Forms feature.

Coupons can be applied manually from the admin panel during the appointment creation.

For a recurring (repeat) service, it’s important to choose both the preferred frequency and the time for each session. Also, establish the initial date of the service and, if relevant, specify the total count of occurrences for these appointments. The end date is either calculated based on the number of times set in the ‘Times’ section or is automatically determined by the service settings if a Fixed full period is set.

The “Run workflows on save” checkbox controls whether appointment reminders are sent to customers. Ensure this is checked if appointment reminders are required.
